About My Work
I work with senior leaders and operators in high stakes situations when your authority is being undermined and a wrong move will cost you.
You see it when decisions start going against you without a clear reason, colleagues withdraw support, and you’re excluded from authorising decisions that sit within your remit. You remain accountable for decisions made without you, exposing you to legal, reputational, and financial risk.
This happens in roles where decision authority is taken out of your hands while you remain accountable for the outcome.
People come to me after a decision or conversation has already put their standing at risk and they need to decide how to respond without making it worse, or when they notice they’re being treated differently and need to decide how to respond.
My role is to help you understand what is actually happening, determine your next move, and execute it so your authority is reasserted.
